LGBTQIA people are people too. I saw some of the reactions to Iggy Azalea's apology - those were probably from LGBT people and they were simply inhumane. They are no different from others in this regard, we should always be aware of that. It's good to support their rights of course (I certainly do so, as Iggy does as well), but they are just people with all their good and bad sides.
Iggy's apology was sincere though, and it shows her ability to grow up and change. Isn't this the best thing to observe in a human being? Our Western societies are so cold and unforgiving though, many of us would rather dehumanize someone else in anger and for retaliation than to forgive some simple mistake which was never even meant to harm anyone. I have once experienced un-forgiveness from one of my best friends - it almost destroyed me. I took some 5 years before I even felt like I could breathe again. Unforgiveness is such a merciless bitch.
