When I visited Congressman Ruthlus office in Washington DC, his staffer said Keith does not believe there is global warming. 98 % of the worlds scientist say its real and Keith doesn't ? The greatest threat to the living is at stake and we have Kieth Rothfus to vote for us. He votes to start more wars and that has cost the country 3/4 of the federal budget. He believes that helping companies move from the country and causing more unemployment is a good thing. VOTE for ERIN and show the big money people that we still can resist the Land Barron's.........................

The Pa Constitution has been abused and ignored for years. For 42 years Article 1 Section 27 was not defined until December 2013, by the Supreme Court. Now that we have seen a closer look , much can be derived. All Pennsylvanians have a right to clean water, fresh air , and the right to peaceful co-existence with others. Destroying the peace in any community has always been dealt with by the policing powers granted to the communities. Now comes an industry that dumps unlimited amounts of monies into the political system corrupting our Democracy. Act 13 of 2012 has been found unconstitutional and also labeled a Special Law . Doctors were put into a catch 22 situation with the GAG order. Local Zoning and the right to protect the Health, Safety, and Welfare of our communities was stolen from the public by an uninformed and ignorant State Government. They did swear an oath to defend and to Obey the Pa & US Constitutions with Fidelity. Elections are the checks and balances for the people. Those who voted for the bill should not be allowed to return to office.

The Steelers didn't make it. There is No trying until you get it. The same holds true for the States Attorneys. If it took the court a year of investigation to come to a conclusion from the arguments, then that is settled law. To waste taxpayers dollars to rehash old arguments is a shame play. Face it, the facts that Act 13 was unconstitutional are facts enough for the Supreme Court. They are facts enough for the citizens.
