I'm not fluent in computer analog,terms and uses so I will not comment on something I know nothing about but what I will say is that it is truly "asinine" to try and blame system failures on Wendy Urbanic. She uses the apps/computers..not builds them. She has brought the 311 Mayor Service Center to the forefront by being the core of the city. This department provides a voice for the taxpayers to our city departments with the equipment provided by the city. Mrs. Urbanic has always been open to embrace new ideas that would help the city to become proactive.I leave with a helpful suggestion... maybe one should use their time more wisely by making sure what they are contributing is helpful rather than attempt to defame others.
