CDBG funds are governed HUD "LAWS".At the present time there are several cities across country that are under investigation by HUD.One example is Westchester County,New York which from 2000 through 2009, Westchester County misused federal CDBG FUNDS.Westchester was ordered in federal court in 2009 to repay HUD 62.5 MILLION DOLLARS,and to build 750 low to moderate homes over the next 10 years. This case is well document at www.antibiaslaw.com/or Case 1:06-cv-02860-DLC.This case was filed under the FALSE CLAIMS ACT which resulted in treble damages to Westchester County.Is Pittsburgh next,I know the group in the WEST END,called WEST PITTSBURGH PARTNERSHIP should be making an appearance in a federal court for all their misuse of CDBG DOLLARS.How about in 2008 the WPP receives$ 150,000 in CDBG funds,pays Executive Director $93,000,and this is a non-profit.

Chris,That Home Assurance Program in Chicago is now gone,a victim of the housing crisis in Chicago and elsewhere. They can't even give those homes away where that program was,so what happened to the money.Where will the PWSA money end up. CarlS
