I had a bad experience with, James Gray, the owner of Dozen also. He scheduled a job interview with me and then never showed up. Everyone also says the cupcakes are dry, although I would never set foot in his shop after being stood up for a job interview. He told me in an e-mail that my 10 years of baking experience were not enough for him so he didn't think I'd be a good fit for his shop. Who's the "snob" now?
