Ferree Kennels is inspected once or twice per year
not 4 times. The State Dog Wardens only check heat,ventilation,food,water,space.His CO method produced from a gasoline engine isn't checked.
After the June, 2006 counsel meeting in Versailles, Pa. Walt Winkler-Pres. of Counsel told Alicia Sowa and I that Mr.Ferree is known for picking up cats,and if untagged he breaks their necks right in the back of his truck.When I posted a notice on my fence with this information Mr. Winkler and Mr. Ferree filed charges against, which were dismissed.
