This unique local band gets better with every show. If you missed them at the Bloomfield Bridge Tavern on July 9 you should see their next show at the Squirrel Hill Night Market on September 17, 2016.
Great show. But this band is hitting their stride now. The show at the Bloomfield Bridge Tavern on July 9, 2016 was even better. They played for two hours without a break and were the best I ever seen them play. Their next scheduled show is September 17 at the Squirrel Hill Night Market (7 pm). If you want to see a local band playing some unique music with a mix of original and traditional tunes you should be there early to get a good spot.

Great cast! Believable characters, well told story with drama, laughs, and suspense. Dialects were spot on, passion was... Well passionate!
Great article...spot on, and accurate...can't wait to hear what folks say about their Strip neighborhood!
The Freedom band performed today at Stone Villa Winery. We have seen them perform many times and were very sad to hear that the lead singer and bass guitarist passed away. They did a wonderful job today and I would recommend that everyone pull together to see them in upcoming concerts. They've been around a long time and have always put on great reggae concerts.....Pittsburgh, please continue to support these great artists!
