I wonder why people can't take Ayahuasca and just keep their mouths shut. Instead, there are people who just want to mainstream Her, and that shouldn't be done. Ayahuasca should be left alone in the jungle, and all the gringo businessmen who have gone down there to be self important and fill their pockets with money should be tarred and feathered and left on the trail outside of town. Forget about the morons who advertise Ayahuasca on the internet. Ayahuasca is being raped by the Western world. It can be like ten years of therapy, or it can be the worst ride to hell you've ever taken.
How does he define " a postmodern world" ?
I really wish I could have attended the Rob Mazurek show. How was the attendance? My fear is that this shows won't come around any longer because the audience isn't there.
corrected, thank you!
Thanks to Tim Wood, an old friend in our industry, for suggesting that I listen to this cut. I really like it and hope to hear more from this young band. Shades of 60's psychedelic nation, with textures with just the right amount of reverb to start you swaying, closing your eyes so the chords drape over you bringing you to another layer melodic appreciation. I can picture this is what The Doors would sound like today. Keep it coming, guys!
The performance is actually on February 28th which is the following weekend, not the 21st.
One of my favorite songs by Voorheez... & my son, MysteriousPgh went in on this beat too!! (as usual)

Big Ups!!! to DJ Goodnight. I remember Wet Weds. @ Cumpie's in Oakland over 20 something yrs. ago. "RIP DJ Shawn Kream" Keep holding it down w/ the Local Love.
