i also would hook school, Conley vocational, 1958 and go to the after noon matinee with my buddy. It was the most exciting thinf a 15 yr old boy could do.

All around the country the ward system which supported a Democratic machine is now failing. Social and demographic changes in Pittsburgh have taken power from the ward committees and they can no longer turn out the vote like they once did. In a future article about how the Pittsburgh electorate is changing this could be looked into.
