Panic! At The Disco played a near sold-out show at Stage AE Friday night to a raucous crowd.

P!ATD frontman Brendon Urie was the star of the "show," clad in gold blazer and tight pants with the rest of the band suited similarly. The Nevada native welcome the crowd after a few songs in. "Welcome to the This Is Gospel tour. Damn, it smells good in here," Urie said, referencing the lingering smell of marijuana in the crowd. He attempted to get fans to pass the drug his way, but to no avail.

"You're smart stoners. You're not going to give it away," he joked.

But comedy wasn't the only thing going for him. Urie took off his blazer and shirt early on in the set, to much applause. Spending about an hour of the band's hour and a half set shirtless, Urie-mania was running wild on Stage AE. Urie's toplessness should have been more well advertised. It could have even helped sell out the show. Urie also did multiple backflips off the drum stand during their set, one after the band freeze-framed (they all stood still) after "Miss Jackson."

Primarily on vocal duties, as his recently won Alternative Press Music Award for best male vocalist would suggest, Urie's voice sounded spot-on, especially on the cover of Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody." He also played piano on songs like "Nine In The Afternoon" off of 2008's Pretty. Odd., the only song played off that album. He picked up the guitar, as well, on "Trade Mistakes" and "New Perspective."

The band came to the theme of the 1968 film The Good, the Bad and the Ugly with a video of a wild west scene. For every song they played, large video screens behind the band showed different that coordinate to the songs, like images of fire. Top that off with pulsing fog machines and Panic! put on a well-done theatrical performance.
