An online fundraiser to raise money for space heaters for Downtown's independent Awesome Books ends tonight on IndieGoGo.

Awesome Books opened in Garfield in 2010 and Downtown in January last year. After a successful year, the store has decided to stay "although the space we are renting has no HVAC system," according to its Indiegogo description.
Funds raised online will to go space heaters for the winter, and to continue publishing poetry and art books.
