Local writer and man-about-town Robert Isenberg’s 43-minute documentary about his one-man long-haul biking trip from Pittsburgh to Washington, D.C., airs tomorrow night on WQED’s Filmmakers Corner.
Isenberg, a regular CP contributor, is also an actor, playwright and published author. He produced and shot “The Trail” himself while biking the 326-mile Great Allegheny Passage and C&O Canal in 2012.
Here’s a trailer.
The weekly Filmmakers Corner is hosted by veteran QED producer Minette Seate.
The program, which airs at 10 p.m., also features two shorts from last year’s 48 Hour Film Project, “A Walk in the Park” and “Come After.”
