Code Orange Kids robbed in New Orleans

Posted by on Tue, Dec 4, 2012 at 2:17 PM

Here’s some seriously depressing news from local hardcore band Code Orange Kids, who are currently on a national tour. As they posted earlier today on their Facebook page, the band — who released their first full-length record on Deathwish last month — was robbed early this morning after a show in New Orleans, losing more than $10,000 in computers, personal belongings and cash, including everything they’d made on the tour thus far.

The Kids still have 13 dates left on their tour, and as they’ve said in the Facebook post, “we aren't going home obviously so see you at these next few weeks of shows.” Help ‘em out by picking up some merch, or donate directly via Paypal at codeorangekids@yahoo.com.
